Turbo Cad Expert ,Upgrade Confusion.

Morning All.

I have recently upgraded from Turbo cad 2015 Professional to 2018 Expert.

Both Profesional and expert cost approximately the same at the time of purchase (circa £300)  and both are one down from  T.C Pro platinum.

Am I correct when I say that a large number of the 3d tools has been removed from this product???

Or have I missed something obvious???

In 2015, you have Pro Platinum and Pro Basic. Basic was a scaled down edition of Platinum, but still had ACIS Solid objects.
In 2017, they discontinued Pro Basic and replaced it with Expert. This is basically Deluxe with some extra tool sets. The 3D objects are TC Surface, not ACIS, so they will be faceted. You won't have all the nice extra tools that were part of the ACIS toolset.

Thanks, John,

I think I am going to have to upgrade to Pro Platinum, this is infuriating.

Thanks for your help.
