Does TC2018 do GPU draft rendering without the RedSdk plugin?

I mostly use draft render, and when I upgraded to TC2016 from v18, I was pleasantly surprised at the performance of the RedSdk draft render vs the OpenGl mode. Panning and zooming are way faster using the GPU. Now that Redstuff is a plugin (like Lightworks used to be), does anyone know if TC2018 can use the GPU for draft render mode?

RedSDK Draft appears to work the same in TurboCAD 2018 as it did in earlier versions.

If you are using windows 10 version 1803 you can try this, Windows Settings- Display (scroll to bottom) Graphics Settings-Browse (look in C:\Program Files\IMSIDesign\TCW2018\Program64\tcw25, and add this, I use option system default.
I have a 16.2MB file that know went from 1minute to 16 seconds to render.
using Deluxe 2018 no redsdk.
