Trimming and Rendering a Roof Slab

I have a roof slab for a front porch and had to trim it to an adjacent roof.  When I do this the Shingle Render skews.  How do I correct this...  See photos attached (Before and After)

Thank you!

You could try take the material away, set workplane by 3 point on the slab and and then set material again.
Or cheat a bit if that dont work, a thin solid ( 0.1-0.5 mm) on the top of roofslab and add the material to that one.

In this case it seems not possible, but many time it's easier to make normal roof's, add material, convert to roofslab and then delete the half you dont need.
Depending on your TC version, you may need to set material oposite, like bottom will be top after converting

Thank you for reply!  I actually fixed it.  I put a vertical roof slab along the entire length of the sloped roof slab.   Trimmed the existing one and the pattern adjusted to the new cut line which is parallel with the front edge.

In light works I edited the material of my roof tiles so that the wrapping was autoplane (lightworks) and that seemed to work with roof slabs
