Flyout menus not working

I have had this problem for the last several versions.  When I click on a tool icon on the side menu, the flyout does not appear.  I end up having to go to the Draw menu at the top of the screen and drill down to the one I want.  How do I fix this?

I am running Windows 10 x64 and TurboCAD Pro Platinum 2018.

Do you use some old cfg's and templates from earlier versions ??
Maybe you drag some kind of old problem's with you in to newer versions.

I'm wondering if you are not clicking and holding long enough for the flyouts to be triggered (but that takes very little time at all).

A couple years back, my long-used mouse started getting hinky when it came to left-clicks (I accidentally discovered a hidden TurboCAD feature because of it).  One of the effects of this progressive failure was that things like popups and flyouts weren't reliably displayed.

I solved the problem by buying a new mouse.  You might try experimenting with the Windows Mouse and Keyboard Settings.
