Just found the image the other day, a cannon built in my RAN days from old turbocad plans from the mid 90s.

That's a picture Jeff of a momento I built and presented to an RAN officer who retired after 20 years service. The base is from a 4.5" canon shell, brass canon turned on a lathe with a west Australian jarrah hard wood.
