I have had TurboCAD crash 5 times now, even after restarting my PC, when I perform the following action

STEPS
1) Open TurboCAD and create NEW drawing
2) Select the SW view from the docked view menu (This step not necessary as happens in normal plan view also)
3) Select the BOX tool from the docked 3D tools menu
4) Click in the work area.
5) Enter 10 [Tab] 10 [Tab] 10 [Enter]. The application crashes

ENVIRONMENT
Win 10 Pro 64 version 1709 on 6 core Xeon E5-1650 CPU with 32 GB RAM
TurboCAD Pro 20.2 build 57.0 64 bit

P.S. After the above I tried running TurboCAD as admin. It consistently crashed before the UI opened - giving a 404 error File not found.
I ran the installation disk and did a repair. It did not fix either issue (crash when cube drawn in standard permissions or open TurboCAD in elevated permissions)

UAC was not the issue.
I have completely uninstalled TC, deleted all folders including AppData and reinstalled.
TC still crashes when I draw a box.
Also deleted registry keys but same behaviour.

Did you try the 32bit install?
Also ... have you read the crash report?

I have just installed the 32 bit version over the top of the 64 bit version from DVD.
The 32 bit version kind of works. It started first time without errors and I was able to draw a cube.
After the auto update I get a 404 error when I restart the 32 bit GUI.
The 64 bit version is still broken. I get the same result. The 64 bit dump log does not indicate what caused the failure.

Have you tried the "Full Builds" from the TurboCAD V20 page? These have the update already built in. These usually work if you're experiencing problems with adding an update. You will have to do a full uninstall, then install the Full Build you downloaded.
