I am having an issue with SOME dimension text being reversed.  I have attached a screen shot showing the problem  The screen shot also has the version information for my TC21. The non-reversed text was created using the Smart option.  The reversed text was created with the Angle and Orthogonal options.

Most likely, you set the Workplane by View, then adjusted your View.

Delete the reversed Dimension, adjust your view as desired, then click on Workplane by View before adding the Dimension.

When working in 3d.Be aware that the workplane by view will not necessarily place the dimension on the same plane as the item you are dimensioning.  This can be confusing when you  change views as the dimension will look out of place  I find it better to use workplane by 3 points.

Thanks for all the suggestions. It seems that I entered 3D mode without realizing it.  Erasing the dims, switching to 2D and redoing the dims seems to solve the issue.
