Why do I get the TurboCAD Pro 2016 Pop-Up every time I start TurboCAD 2017 Pro Platinum?
I'm running the latest version of TurboCAD Pro Platinum 2017.
When I first start TurboCAD 2017 the 'New TurboCAD 2017 Drawing' window pops up...no problem there.
But then, after about 20 seconds, the TurboCAD Pro 2016 window pops up.
Why is this window even popping up...I'm not running TurboCAD 2016.
If I click on some options in this Window I get 'This page is not available'
There's a close box and also a box that says 'Don't show again'.
If I click on 'don't show' will I get a 'TurboCAD Pro 2017' options Window?

I upgraded from TurboCAD 2015 Pro Platinum to TurboCAD Pro Platinum 2017.
Should I even be worried about this?

Just commercial, inside Options/ General there is a checkbox for turn of TCstart, see if that is unchecked.
Nothing to be woried about, but very boring.
Why you get for 2016 first and then for 2017 i dont know, maybe some leftover from a trial ??
And you can also find the file TCstart. exe  and rename it, that should stop it from show up.

Thanks, TorFinn,

The checkbox I think your're referring to is called 'Run TCStart' in the 'Load at startup' section in General Setup. This is not checked, which means I'm not running TCStart on startup.
So, I don't think this is what caused the issue. And I don't think it would fix the issue if I check the box.

In the 'Add' window I checked 'Don't show again', then clicked 'Close'
It doesn't show up any more, so that solves the issue, I guess.
It's probably, like you say, just an add that hung around from a prior installation.

I believe this is found at "Help / Show Pop-up Notifications". It was a spam thing that the old administration put into the programs, then forgot about it. At least it can be turned off.
