Hello,

Could anyone please help me with setting up the render in lightworks.
Am new to rendering and am not sure if that's me or software possibly hardware, just dont know. Redsdk works ok can't get good quality in lw. Please see attached image, low detail and shadows. top redsdk bottom lw.
Thank You.

Redsdk and Lightworks use different materials. Those that work in Redsdk generally will not work in Lightworks. Before fiddling with the materials, I suggest that you save the drawing with a new name and use one only for Redsdk and the other only for Lightworks.

Thank you Henry,

I know that the materials are not the same. I've fallowed your advice, removed all of the materials and if need to will go with redsdk, but even without materials lw isn't good quality, lines are broken and shadow weird. Have you got any clue why is it like it?

Thank you

And/ Or, make a double set of material, with exact same name but 1 for LW and 1 for RedSDK, then it will work both ways, nomatter what you use for rendering, but only 1 drawing.

Do you have any objects with Luminance in the drawing, because according to your design director, you only have one light, which I would not think is sufficient for Lightworks full render, unless you use Luminance or some sort of global illumination.

Note - the above is just observation, as I don't have Lightworks in 2017.
