Here is simple design of vanity with medicine cabinet I made a while ago. I used TC 2017 and Redsdk with default Advance render.

Looks pretty good, but the border between materials (such as the two types of tile near the baseboard) should be better defined.

Hi Jeff.
I think it is because of lighting. I made this drawing some time ago and didn't pay much of attention to expose scene properly. Thank you for pointing it out.

As they say "It is all on presentation" Nice render always can make everything look great. TurboCad has so much to offer with new Redsdk. I only wish to have more documentation or something like "Redsdk for Dummies" hehehe.
