Just got a Win 10 blue screen of death while trying to print from tcw2017PP to the TurboPDF V3 printer driver.

Anyone know of updates to TurboPDF V3?

Does anyone know where windows 10 saves the error reporting files?

I've posted the same problem here a few weeks ago.  I still have that problem on two PC's that were recently updated by Windows.  There is something that is not allowing TurboCAD PP to print from TurboPDF.  If you try TurboPDF driver in any other application, it works fine - at least on my PC.  Secondly, as I mentioned in my other post, I can print from TurboCAD using Adobe PDF driver with no issues.  That tells me there is something messed up between TCPP and TurboPDF.  I do hope developers catch this and find out what the root cause is and recommend a fix - either by patch or system settings.

Windows Error Reporting Files (WER) are discussed here:

Eddie You dont mention if it was TurboPDF V2 or V3?

V2 was fine for more than a year, whereas V3 had a heart attack at the 1st attempt at printing. Logged a ticket at foxit, but since IMSI sells the software Im hoping for some answers cos its unusable atm and I may need to go back to the prev version.

Delay response to Daryl's question on V2 or V3 above.  I tried both.  Neither works.  As I mentioned earlier, this happened just after the Windows update that rolled out back in January.  I wonder if the Adobe free print driver installed by W10 is conflicting with TPDF.  Just a thought but I dare not uninstall it!  It's the only dependable tool I have to get good looking PDF's out.

TurboPDF V8.0.0.803 worked for a while after I upgraded to TurboCAD Pro Platinum 2018.  And suddenly, once again, it decided to throw up and give me the blue screen of death again.   I have tried on two PC's and same problem.  Running Windows 10.0.17134 on a X64-based PC Using NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 video card.  I don't think the hardware is an issue because I'm able to print PDF files using TurboPDF from Microsoft Office products just fine.  Hoping Foxit gets this fixed.  (Have they tried it?)

IMSI - anyone in the shop there seeing this issue?  I can only use TurboPDF to view - or print from Office products only.

I noticed TurboPDF works fine for me if i don't select Color Mode "Black" in the print dialog.  Printing PDF in Normal Color Mode works just fine.
