... I lofted it.
I'm not getting anything near the same results.
I created one 2D Polyline, then Linear Array'ed it in Z and scaled each one in X before creating a Loft.
Regardless of the function settings, I got a thinner-than-paper result that I could not modify to get the same hollowed-out solid you got.
I know I could Offset the Polylines and 3D Subtract their Loft from the surrounding Loft, but I'm thinking there is something simpler I could do.
What am I missing here?
