My drawing has today decided to open with hidden lines "suppressed" and I want to see them dotted. What to do?

First thing to check is if you are using HL/ HL or RedSDK hidden line by rigthclick on the teacup and see what choise you have, if HL/HL change it to RedSDK.
Else you can go to Options/ RedSDK and see if the Tranparancy is set at 0 or 0.1,   0.1 will give you dotted lines.

Right-click on the render icon and enable "Draw hidden line as dashed."
