Typical place for crash files are in C:\Users\your username\Documents\TurboCAD 2017 Deluxe x64\AutoSave, in the bottom click on all files, then you will find the .asv and .crush files there, sort by date and you will see what is closest to the time for crash.
When in Autosave og 1 folder back and you will find the Backup folder.
Also very important if you crash, always go in to the folder where you did save the file before crash and look for .dwl, select and delete them all, if the drawing is open you cant select that dwl so do this everytime before restart TC again.
If that not help, delete Built-in or do Repair
If there is an update , download it from here in this Forum( Updates and Patches ), uninstall and re install with that file ( Full Version ), you will need to have the serialnumber ready when instal again, if it was an Upgrade you will need serial for the old one also.
