Adding Tapped Hole Size Data

Rather than running to the workshop each time I need tapped hole data ( drill diameter and pitch etc ) it would great if imsi could add this to the tapped hole properties page. Like the specifics for unc & unf imperial, iso metric coarse and fine plus others. The quality of the Drill Tapping Info.jpg needs improving but Im sure you get the picture. Sure I could consult my machinery handbook, but quick and accurate information is key.

Hhmmph... pretty sure I asked for this a couple years ago.

But I agree; it is a good idea.

How about fixing how the thread diameter is measured as well. It currently uses the inner shaft for the diameter as opposed to the outside of the threads.

Using Creo when you insert a hole you have a drop down as to what kind and then a drop down from there to the size. example tap hole, clearance, counter bore. It was fast and very useful for call outs in drawings.
