If a dimension is applied on object from Drafting Palette.

A dimension that should be 28mm with a Zoom Factor of 2 will sometimes be displayed as 56mm.

Reason:
28 shown for associated dimension (this dimension knows it is attached to drafting with scale 2)
56 shown in not associated dimension, so this is just real distance between two points
