How to rotate view

Hello,
on the attached pic is the bottom view of the model I'm working on.  For some reason, model is rotated upside down.

I would like to rotate object and to define bottom view as such. I could rotate whole model, but then World Plan view would be upside down which I don't want.
What should I use to acomplish that?

Hold the Shift key and jab either the UP arrow or DOWN arrow key. Each keypress will rotate the view by 22.5° -- UP arrow rotates it counterclockwise; DOWN arrow rotates it clockwise. Press eight times to rotate the view by 180°.

That surely works, thanks.
However, can I redefine any of the TC offered views (in this case, bottom one)?

You might want to try setting up a Named View. I don't know of a way to change the default views; Standard and Dimetric.
