Selection Info Multiple Delete

Hello,
is there any way to select multiple items from the Selection Info and to manipulate with them (for instance, to delete them)?
As can be seen from the attached pic, I want to delete all the lines at once (without going and separately selecting them and deleting).

Multiple markings with Ctrl or Shift don't seem to work.

Sort of, but not by using Selection Info.

In your case, press <Control>-T to bring up the Select By Entity Type popup and choose which type you want selected.  Be careful that only the objects you want to be selected are active, then delete.

or ctrl "L" for by layer or ctrl "k" for by colour.
And if you need to get even more specific -ctrl "q". where you pick the criteria

Thanks guys, very useful.
Still it would be a good thing to implement multiple selecting from the Selection Info as well.
