Is there a list or chart of the new tools added to each version of TurboCAD. Also what is the last version of TurboCAD that you could get a printed manual.

John has put lots of info on the wiki about each version, if you scroll down to the bottom of this page http://www3.turbocadcommunity.com/tiki-index.php?page=TurboCAD+2016#New_Commands_at_a_glance, here are links to multiple versions, it may not be a direct comparison, but the info you require should be available on the various pages.

Or go via the index http://www3.turbocadcommunity.com/tiki-index.php?page=Index#T scroll down to TurboCAD v16 etc.

can't answer as to the last manual produced but The last printed manual I got was v14,

In 2017 they also added a toolbar that is named "New Tools", and "Newer Tools" so it should be easy to find them.
