Jeff, i believe you forget, sometimes people put things on a break and do something else
, i dont know the exact time here, but trust me, you are really not close, that i know
In the beginning, just after a few sec, the clock change from 14.19 to 19.20 thats about 5 hour difference, and in the end it also change about 1 hour when Kai put inside Majo's render in the very end, from about 19.55 to 20.58.
So about 12-13 min is the correct time i believe, and even i that not have done this jet engine before should be able to spin it within 15-20 min. first time attempt.
So by youtube and 0.25 speed is very close to real time, we dont need any special program to see it in real time
