Viewport Hidden Line Confusion
Read 730 times

I've just compared my model space wireframe with a paperspace hidden line viewport and cannot makeout what is being displayed as there seems to be erroneous hidden lines being shown ?
I expect some differences as I have certain wall components with bottom elevations that down show in the model space view until you select the wall.
Please see the attached images as they seem to compare - I believe that I've checked the correct layers are on for the viewport ????

Any ideas how I get a sensible hidden line viewport in paperspace for this view ?

Try disabling "Draw hidden lines as dashed."

Sorry Henry I want to show hidden lines, correctly.  RedSDK seems to be generating them (for the two longer sides) on this viewport like a perspective view, not an aerial view like the site view attached ? The walls on this view look straight, not on the first view ?

Aha, the mistake is mine.  Somehow I generated a viewport set to the same sloping angle as the roof which is why the other longer walls are showing both top and bottom elements resulting in a mess of lines.
