Turbocad 19

I have had some survey work done and the results have come back to me as dwg files but everything seems to have been done to paper scale 1/50 at A1. This is pretty useless. How to I get this back to normal world scale?

Easiest, fastest, and most efficient way?...

Upload/attach the Drawing file to this Topic thread.  Someone will remedy it for you, post it back for you to use, and tell you what they did-- for your future use knowledge.

Or you could select all and in the inspector bar under x and y scale type 50

In my experience with DWG files, they are usually a native Metric and I want to use them as Imperial, so they are scaled incorrectly.  I go into Properties / Space Units and switch between the two systems, make sure that the Workspace Units are correct (near the middle of the popup), then make sure that Convert units after alteration is NOT checked before clicking OK.

That may be the quickest way to get what you want without injecting any errors into it.  You may want to adjust the Precision before clicking OK.

My apologies I presumed that Triquet had already established that the drawings were drawn at 1:50.
My method will only work for a drawing drawn to scale instead of 1:1
