Add an option for Drafting Palette's Create by View Line

In the Drafting Palette, I wish the Create by Viewline function would provide the option to ignore an orthogonal 'jog' when creating the Draft View.  This is provided in SolidWorks; it would be useful here.

Doing so works, sort of.  The Section View is no longer aligned with the Top View, but it can be manually aligned.

When creating the Section View, one should click on the Const Viewing Direction icon at the right side of the Inspector Bar's options because clicking on Create aligned view repeatedly doesn't do anything except make sure it's active.

Still and all, great.  Thanks for the clarification.  The on-line manual is a bit confusing to the newbie.
