Very Odd Copy and Paste Result with 22.2.48.2 update

I upgraded to the most recent version (22.2.48.2) and saw a problem I have never seen before.  Let's see if we can get some duplication here.

1. Extract two files from the attached archive.
2. Open both files.
3. Copy the object in ESW-105-12-G-D.TCW
4. Paste it into Charging Bay 4.TCW.

In my tests, the resulting object is way too large (inches instead of mm because dividing by 25.4 gives it the correct length and width), but way too flat (as in a 2D object).

I was able to get around the problem by saving ESW-105-12-G-D.TCW as a version 21 file, then opening, copying and pasting it into Charging Bay 4.TCW, which is how I came to suspect that the latest update is the cause.

What results do you get?

Hhmmm... applied Andy H's solution (SAT Healing) for another problem I posted and that worked, too.  Could be because both objects were originally IGES.
