Post processor for Mach3

Is there a free post processor for TCC (V3.5 for TC16) -> Mach3?
I've just started with TCC 3.5 for TC16.2 and Mach3 won't open the G-code that it produces.

Many thanks for that; it works perfectly. How did you create it?

Blood, sweat, & tears. Lots of busted router bits & end mills. I started with the Fanuc controller & over several years it evolved into what is there. I am still working on it. I will be making changes to it this week. If I am successful ath what I am trying to accomplish, I will re-post.

Thanks Kenneth,
You must think I'm very rude in not acknowledging it before but, despite checking the CAM forum regularly, it was never flagged as having new content.
I only discovered your post today.
Thanks again.

Gary

Thanks. There was an unnecessary "Z Cord" move in the "Program Load" section, which I removed. I also added the G64 command to the "Program Load" section. This puts the controller in "Constant Velocity" mode, which if you do not have it turned on, either in the code or manually, it will cause the moves to be choppy.

Seeing that there have been over 40 downloads of my Mach3 post processor file, and with the basic storage plan with box.com, I cannot tell how many of the downloads are repeats. I am curious to hear from anyone that has downloaded it, to hear their results. Bear in mind, this post is for my stepper driven, 4 x 8 gantry router. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping it will be included in the latest version of the CAM plug-in.

Hi Kenneth,
We've been using your post processor for pocketing and profiling on a small mill for several months and it's behaved perfectly.
Results have matched the design exactly. Many thanks for providing it - it is much appreciated.

How do you install the My Mach3 post into the tubo cam package?

Thanks

just save / place the post processor file "IMSIDesign/TCWP21/CAM/CodeSystems" folder, where TCWP21 -"21" is the version of TC you are running.

I have not went backwards with this, but I see no reason that it should not work.
