Hi all,

Would someone be kind enough to explain exactly what a bump map is and what you would use it for?

Thanks in advance.

Be aware that TCad's "Wrapped height map" Texture uses bump maps in essentially the same way as "Wrapped bump map," and IMO is easier to control.

Thank you too Henry.

I have had a quick play around with the wrapped bump map and got a result.

Need to practice a bit more to get things right but this is a start.

Regards

Dave
