Help Please with TC Pro 16

After trying several times this morning to start TC and getting the same error message I decided to do a re-install.  My machine must be haunted, I can't uninstall either because it can't verify a patch. I've attached the two messages. The version is 231,050, the first update is labelled 16-01 and is 9,172, the second update is labelled 16-1 Pro Update and is 44,631.
What do I have to do to get this sorted out.

Thanks for your help..

Don

There's so much to learn and not much time left to learn it.

Don't know what the problem is, Don. Have you tried running the installer again, with the "Repair" option?

Completely out of my depth here, Don. In your shoes, I'd probably try System Restore, but that would be an act of desperation and not a reasoned solution.

Hi,
I'd try the following before system restore.
a/ Try running a registry cleaner. There are many free ones available.
b/ Try uninstalling with a specialist application uninstaller. Again many free ones out there.
c/ If all that fails I would begin removing the other Turbocad versions just in case there was some kind of conflict.
d/ As you remove each one run the registry cleaner again.
e/ Sit down with a cup of coffee and think about what happened immediately before the error messages appeared.
f/ Prepare for the worst-EG a complete windows re-install E.G Back up your data.

Just a few ideas and what i would try myself.

Henry and David, Thanks for your time and suggestions.

System restore was a no go.
Windows unistaller was the same.
After a few tries I found an unistaller that did work.
I then deleted the upgrades and the folders from the program file.
After a reinstall of the software, d/l and installing the 16-1 patch,
I think I'm back in business.

Great news. May I ask which uninstaller did the job?
