Version 19.2 Deluxe: Dimension Values (Extension Lines) Not "Sticking"

This is a re-occurring and intermittent issue with my version 19.2 Deluxe, build 54.2:

In Dimension|Properties:  When creating a New Property Value Preset, in Advanced Format/Extension Lines, I'm not getting the values to "stick".  If I change the values for Extension and Offset (in this case, I am shooting for 0", but I've tried other values, as well), then close out of Properties-  or go to another Page within the Properties Window and return to the Advanced Format Page-  the values for Extension and Offset have returned to their previous settings.

I've tried a number of things:
  • Deleting this New Named Preset, and creating another
  • "Starting" with different Named Property Value Presets to create the New, including the default "Normal Dimensions"
  • Closing and re-opening/starting: The Drawing File; TurboCAD; Computer
----
I only have the one Dimension Style-  the default "Standard".

----
I'm working in feet-and-inches.  In one instance-  when I started with one particular Property Value Preset-  the values for Extension and Offset were something like 161'-4 3/32", when I typed in values like 0" or 4". (if this helps with any diagnosis).

----
Any help to remedy this issue?

Thanks, Alvin

Try changing the "1/8" Extension or the "1/16" Offset to something like "1/128" or "1/256". It's not zero, but close enough for government work.  ;D

Yeah, John, I tried that- and it works.  I used .00001".

I'm used to in my version 11:  I have Dimension Style (what is now Property Value Preset) set up that is "Construction Dims" (on the Construction Layer), for measuring and verify things as I draw.  It's set to 0" Extension Offset- no problem.  (I don't want to Vertex-Snap anything else to a vertex that really close to the Dimension origin, and accidentally snap to the Dimension Extension Line vertex- if that makes any sense.)

Again, it works with no problem in version 11 Pro--  all the time.

Thanks for the suggestion John.  -Alvin
