I see that TurboCAD v20 is now for (pre)sale and the new features are listed on the TurboCAD website, so I suppose there is no harm in sharing the poster and renders I created for the occasion.

Not really, Don.

But I do love some of the things that have been added like 3D PDF export, U3D export, the fact that V20 is Windows Areo Theme Compatible and the new selector options for Boolean Ops.

Excellent job Don, your illustrations and product promotion posters are really well laid out and very professional. I am looking forward to trying the new UV mapping and also the save to 3d pdf. No doubt the gallery will start to fill up in the coming weeks.

Don,

How are you getting the different views to export to the 3d pdf?

I can set up named views in TC 20 but I only get a default view in the 3d pdf.

Many thanks in advance.

Regards
Dave

Hi Dave,

Sadly, the views from TurboCAD do not transfer at this time (I think that further development is planned though, so fingers crossed). As such, one must used Adobe Acrobat to set up the views.

Thanks for the prompt reply Don.

Not quite the answer I was hoping for.
I have just paid for my TC upgrade so I don't really want to be buying Acrobat pro just to gain the ability to save views in the pdf file.

Don, really nice work.  I wondered when I saw it online if it was your work.  So clean and clear!   I've ordered my upgrade to 20 just to see it arrive on this truck.  It will...yes?   OK, well UPS would be a second best if that's how it happens. ;-)

Best to you.
