Hi Guys
Initial design concept by Nick Ambrose (TC user)
Just uploaded another project were I have pushed TC a bit more than I have ever done with regards to the amount of geometry in a scene.
I created this as an example of the quality now capable in TurboCAD 19 Pro Platinum 64bit and my experience being a long time user of the software. All the Graphics are true 3D geometry and rendered using Lightworks Raytrace Full. No post editing in any photo enhancing software.

Also for the best viewing please go full screen and select 1080p HD.

Edit 02/01/13 - added a new video which has more rendered views @ http://youtu.be/Bk7GprJosl0

Thanks Darrel, a great presentation of my design. For those interested , the attached picture is what it looks like presently. The building is to be refurbished. the roof raised slightly and it is to be extended out to the left hand side where there was another wall originally!

Glad you liked it Nick,

I was running close to my RAM limit when rendering it. Using 7 Threads of the eight I have (so I can do other things and have a thread for the OS while TC is rendering).
I matched your image in TC using it as an Environment Background - match view. This enabled me to get the perspective, positions of the buildings  :P and the size of them.

Please see attached the wireframe plans and perspective view....

Looking at your photo above, the house in my plan is a bit close to the garage I think.... :P

Superb work Daz.
You always get the lighting in your renders to look spot on.
I can waste hours trying to light a scene.
lighting is my nemesis in TC.

Thanks Dave....
Lighting is my nemesis also, I don't think we are alone! Exterior renders are easier to light than interior ones.
It is a matter of time and test rendering. I use real photographs as a colour, lighting and shadow reference. Doing this takes away some of the guess work, certainly with colours. I often use a photo editing package to get the RGB values for the colours as this saves a lot of time tweaking in TC.

I used Nick's photo initially to get a idea of colours.

This was my colour, lighting and shadow guide photo below...
