Genuin tread or not?

This is made with CAM and TreadMilling. See the image.

To me, this does not look like Genuine tread, but Simple tread.
I cannot see any choice between Genuine, Simple and Schematic.
Is it not possible to make Genuine Tread in TC CAM, or will a CNC machine make this as Genuine tread?

I cannot answer for a certanty, as I have never done any thread milling. But the thread in the render does look like a "simple" thread. It may be done as a simple thread in the render as it would save on memory. With that said, it should be representative of the actual part being machined. Without trying it out on a cnc machine, it may be impossible to know.

It's roughed with a thread mill and finished with a pipe tap, which can only give correct form.  If you were using a generic tool, you'd have to generate toolpaths to accommodate root and shoulder radii.

The last answer from Murray was difficult to understand, by using Google translate to Norwegian, but I think I understand.

The red line is a spiral, so that indicate, that it will make a genuine thread.
But I think we first have to drill a hole???

Maybe somebody in IMSIdesign know?

I also made a new video using flexible text.
