Title: Viewport contents dissapear
Post by: Pjay on May 08, 2018, 02:13:23 PM
Im having a few probs with TC 2016. I have created a view and inserted into paper-space and it shows ok as wire-frame rendering, When I change it to Hidden line it shows ok but if I hit the refresh key (F5) it dissapears not the view-port just the contents. also the paperspace render is very poor quality as you can see on the pic. I have no idea why its all of a sudden gone cranky :(

Maybe RedSDK, if your Native Draw is set to RedSDK Mode.
Look in Options/ Native Draw, and if it is go down and open Advanced and check all the box's there, except Double presision if it's inside that menubox.
Then you dont need to hit the F5 ( Redraw) button all the time.

Thanks Torfinn. It was in RedSDK mode and has been for ages, I ticked the boxes you suggested but that didn't do anything apart from show me indicators i don't use lol. I don't use RedSDK as I have lightworks so I have switched it to GDI and its all good now. also the render is no longer pixelated. Strange thing is I tried to revert back to RedSDK to test again just for my own understanding but it wont change back to RedSDK  >:(. also it said it was going to restart the program but it didnt. maybe a restart of lappy might be in order. Thanks again buddy :)

***EDIT***  A restart allowed me to change back to RedSDK :)
