Title: Anyone working with Rubber based products and TurboCAD
Post by: Darryl W on November 10, 2017, 06:40:10 PM
Does anyone have any experience with rubber based products for design purposes?
Simulation of rubber from a cad perspective.
Why you might ask, I  just have an idea in mind for a new automotive product.

Thanks

Elastic deformation is more likely an FEM mesh thing than a solid modeler thing, if you want to simulate behaviour.

Only want to model the design in tcw but learn the characteristics of rubber from an alternate source. Now that youve mentioned that I think that the smesh tools in tcw might become very handy for basic design simulation.

Thanks again
