Which version are you using? What happens when you try to create a named view?

I have platinum 2016 and for create view, I get the box but right click and nothing happens.

When I use "Create View (http://www3.turbocadcommunity.com/tiki-index.php?page=Create+View)", a dialog opens after specifying the View area and I enter a name. I don't need to "right-click" anywhere.
If I use "Named View (http://www3.turbocadcommunity.com/tiki-index.php?page=Named+View)", the "View" palette shows up. I can right-click in the palette for "New View" or click on the "New View" icon in the palette header. If the View palette is already open, then you need to go to it to make a new view.
