Title: Sample Drawings 2017
Post by: Dean on April 25, 2017, 05:51:46 AM
Where are the Sample drawings. All I see are "low quality" stl files  ;D What is a "user" supposed to do with these, I mean, Turbo is an ACIS modeler.
How are "New" users suppose to learn and explore Turbocad.
Years ago I learned a lot about turbocad by going through the sample drawings.
So much for progress  :P

Agree Dean.

They are (where) useful, they stopped including them when they brought out 2015, and although I've been using TC for a few years I still occasionally open them from v21, especially Architectural ones as I don't draw that sort of thing normally so I need reminders on how things can look.

I've always looked at the discontinuation of Samples as a mistake. Since they were on a big push at that time for RedSDK and a majority of the samples were just LightWorks, they got rid of it all. I don't think they ever had any RedSDK samples.
