Title: Epicycloid (nearly)
Post by: Andy H on November 06, 2015, 07:50:26 AM
Following a post on the forum, and with me not knowing what one was, I did a search and found the formula so thought I'd have a go in AL, nothing fancy but was fun trying (apart from a one problem posted in another thread which was a real pain).

Not 100% accurate (about 0.0001mm out) and needs more work to make it user friendly, the red line is a polyline drawn using AL's AddNode command

Nice job Andy.

I don't think anyone is going to quibble about the odd 0.0001mm!
Unless it's exponentially cumulative!  ;D

Regards Tim
