Thanks for the very usefull video, can you tell me if I am able to fill the door with solid hatch? and If so, how. I'm using Pro V 16.2

You would need to create a 2d representation of the objects with either the section tool are drafting palette before you can add a hatch.

Is it possible to alter the styles more than the given types? What if the door has divided light?

Yes. You can use Profile Styles (found in the Style Manager) to create different Shapes, but you can't change the Types.

See Profile Styles and its two links, Edit Boundary Profiles and Edit Hole Profiles for info on changing a Door or Window shape.

As for divided lights, see this movie about Muntins, a new feature in V17. Someday a Wiki page will be created for Muntins.
