How do I set more than one Layer Name parameter that must be met for layers to appear?

Let's say I want to exclude any layer which has "X" OR "Y" in the name. I could use ~*X* to exclude Names with X or ~*Y* to exclude names with Y but how do I have it exclude both? If I add another line in the parameters box it's always behaves like OR - I want it to be AND. I have tried to concatenate parapeters in the one line but I can't find a way to make it work.

I know I could make one parameter the "Parent" of the other by creating a 2nd filter but there has to be a better way.
