I have turbocad deluxe 17. Is there a quick way to draw windows and doors in architectural plans in 2D drawings?

You can use the Door and Window tools on a 2D "Wall". They will be 3D, but appear as 2D in a Plan View. Otherwise, it's the usual create a 2D representation, make it a Block, then drag-n-drop the Block into your 2D Wall.
