Hi, I have tried to draw a square thread using helix and then rail sweep. When I do the rail sweep the the square polyine twist over ther length of the thread even the twist angle is zero.
Any advice would be welcome.

Post a the tcw.file and the version your using will help on the settings to adjust.I usually revolve the square over the cylinder.Andy made a tute that I used to do this all is needed is to change to square shape profile.
