Animation for opening doors and windows.

I wondering how can I animate a door opening or windows opening. I hope someone know that.

One possibility: Model a door as an ACIS Solid rather than a "Door." Place its Reference Point on the hinge line and animate it using the "Rotate" command. Similarly, model a window as a Solid and animate it using the "Move" command.
