Thanks to Michael Geraghty for the outline notes and formulas, I have come up with a rough draft of a flange creation tool. This project demonstrates how to create cylinders and do boolean additions and subtractions using the SDK.

With Michael's kind permission, I am including his outline notes and data along with the project files.
