I want to be able to put layers in alphabetical order.  I go to Format > Layers and have tried clicking on the Layer Name header and set it to ascending or descending and nothing happens.  I just want to be able to find my layers easier when in this dialog box.  Can somebody please help.  I am using Turbo Cad 2016 Designer on Windows.  I tried to attach a photo of the dialog box but the attach button did not work.

Hi,

I think this is a non-functioning 'feature', which is not available in Designer.  :(

Unless somebody can suggest otherwise, you could pre-name layers in any order that might suit, and save this as a template file, for future use.

Designer is a good basic 2-D program, which is reflected in the price.
So, not many bells and whistles!
I apologise, if this is of not much use.

Regards Tim

You can design without engineering, but you cannot engineer without design.
Using Win 10 with Designer 2017 and TurboCAD Pro. Plat. 2016/2017/2018 + Lightworks (64-bit versions) + AnimationLab.
